Debugging process of vertical shaft mixer MAX500
1 Inspection and preparation before trial run
1.1 Check the blades, the gap between the scraper and the liner should be 3-5mm. When starting the main engine, it should be started first. Check whether the rotation direction of the mixing mechanism is correct. If it is reversed, the power connection should be adjusted. Check whether the discharge door is in place, whether the proximity switch gives a signal, and adjust the proximity switch to the correct position. Observe whether there is friction between the discharge door and the mixing drum, and whether the gap is appropriate;
1.2 Check whether the lubricating oil (grease) of the reduction gearbox and each lubrication part is sufficient and good;
1.3 Check the power supply voltage: the rated voltage is 380V, and the error is ±10%;
1.4 Check whether the wiring of the motor and other electrical components is reliable.
1.5 Check whether the connecting bolts of each part are firm, especially the connection of the moving parts. If there is any looseness, tighten it immediately;
2 No-load test run
Before the load test run, perform a no-load test run. Start the mixing motor and check whether the direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated on the sign. If the direction is wrong, the power connection should be changed;
3. Load test run. After the idling is normal, carry out load operation.
Load and run according to 50%, 75% and 100% of the material ratio respectively. The movement of each moving part should be sensitive and reliable during each operation. The mixing host must be started before feeding. The maintenance door is not allowed to be opened during the mixing process. The mixing situation is observed through the observation hole. After mixing a few cans, the bolts on the mixing arm, scraper arm, mixing blade and scraper blade should be tightened. After the host has been running for a period of time, check whether there is oil leakage at each lubrication point, and the heating of the motor and reducer. If there is abnormal heating, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
