Project Background
The Sri Lankan customer undertook part of the port civil engineering project subcontracted by the government, and it is expected to use a large amount of concrete. In the face of such a huge demand, the construction and management of concrete batching plants are particularly important.
Batching plant composition and technical application we match for customers
Concrete batching plants in Sri Lanka usually use advanced HZS50 concrete mixing plant equipment. The system is mainly composed of the following parts:
Aggregate batching supply system: PLD1600 concrete batching machine is used, including aggregate silo, weighing system and conveying system, etc., to ensure accurate proportioning and efficient conveying of aggregates.
Cement and admixture supply system: equipped with 60-ton cement silo, screw conveyor and weighing device to ensure accurate measurement and stable supply of cement and admixture.
Water supply system: including water weighing box, supply pump and sprinkler to ensure accurate measurement and uniform spraying of water.
Additive supply system: through additive weighing box and supply pump, accurate control of additives is achieved.
Mixing system: JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer is used to ensure efficient mixing and uniform mixing of concrete.
Control system: equipped with modern control cabinet and display instrument to realize intelligent control and management of the entire mixing station.
