Project Background
Located in the Russian Far East, the project aims to provide concrete supply for a large logistics center. Due to the severe winter in the region and complex construction conditions, the customer has high requirements for the production efficiency, stability and durability of the equipment.
Equipment and technical solutions
Henan Spark provided the HZS90 concrete mixing plant for the project. The equipment can produce 90 cubic meters of concrete per hour. It is equipped with an advanced PLC control system and an automated production line. It can operate stably in extreme temperatures to ensure consistent concrete quality. At the same time, the equipment adopts a modular design, which is easy to transport and quickly install.
In response to the severe cold climate in Russia in winter, Henan Spark specially designed an insulation system and anti-freeze measures in the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in a low temperature environment. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with an efficient dust removal system and wastewater treatment device, which meets the strict local environmental protection standards.
