Analysis and measures for failure

Common failure consists of system failure and component failure. Component failure causes system failure; Maintenance must be under the guidance of professionals in the company.

Common failure for pumping system

1.Master cylinder piston does not move.
(1)Pump start button connection loss.
(2)Intermediate relay KA1 burns out.
(3)Electro-hydraulic directional control valve failure, generally as the guide valve core is jammed or electromagnet valve YV3, YV4 burn out.
(4)Too little oil in the hydraulic tank
(5)Filter seriously blocked

2.The main oil cylinder is not reversing
(1)Electro-hydraulic directional control valve core stuck.
(2) Electro-hydraulic directional control valve magnet coil YV3 YV4 burn out.
(3)Intermediate relay burns out.

3.Master cylinder piston run slow.
(1)The main oil cylinder valve is damaged.
(2)Filter clogging or the hydraulic oil is not enough.
(3)Too little oil in the hydraulic tank..
(4)When high-rise pumping, it failed to timely to fill oil operations, the main oil cylinder hydraulic oil reduce and travel shortened.

4.Delivery pipe discharge condition is bad: Intermittent discharge or little discharging.
(1)Concrete piston is badly worn.
(2)Glasses plate and cutting ring gap is too big.
(3)Poor material workability of concrete made the breathing difficult.
(4)S pipe valve plugs.

5.Distributing valve swing does not reach the designated position.
Swinging cylinder nylon bearing is worn out and deformation or thickness is inconsistent.
Adjust or replacement of gaskets under the oscillating cylinder nylon bearing.

6.Distributing valve swing arm side leak mortar.
“S” waterproof dust ring deformation or bearing excessive wear and the gap is too big.
Check and change

common failure of Lubrication system

1.Point oiler valve core is jammed, regular cleaning progressive type oil.
2.Lubrication pumps discharge valve failure. Check and change.
3.Lubrication system relief valve is failure. Check and change.
4.The viscosity of Lubricating oil is too big to go through the filter.
5.A lubricating oil road blocks commonly is the big-end bearing lubrication points.

Common failure of concrete pump mixing system

1.Poor material workability of concrete and mixing resistance is large or mixing blades stuck.
2.The stirring overflow valve setting pressure was not enough. Using wood to stuck mixing blade and made the pressure be to 12Mpa.
3.Hydraulic motor damages. Check and change.
4.Gear pump of mixing system is damaged. Check and change.
5.Manual reversing valve lever pull or fault, make the reversing valve core not reach the designated position.
6.Stirring shaft or sleeve is damaged. Check and change

common failure during start

1.Battery voltage is too low and it should be recharged or replaced.
2.Diesel system has air, it should be ruled out.

Common failure of main Electrical and hydraulic components

1.Intermediate relay
Failure is commonly coil burn ring or contact burn out, it can’t normally closed and released.
2.The electromagnet
Electromagnet burn out or poor contact.
3.Proximity switch
(1)Oil in the bottom made the induction ineffective.
(2)Big Clearance made the induction ineffective.
(3)Water tank temperature is too high and S valve swings disorderly.
(4)Completely damaged or always in the connected state.
